FOR NEW CLIENTS - Please note, you have to select Intake Session after your initial consultation. For returning clients, please choose individual or couples therapy from the options below.

How to book: Please select the therapist to bring up their schedule. If they have no availability, please send an email to fizzah@mindscapecounselling.ca and we will get in touch shortly!

Insurance: Registered Psychotherapists are covered by majority insurance providers. However, please check with your provider to see if your benefit plan covers a Registered Psychotherapist.

Pricing: Prices mentioned below are inclusive of taxes and HST charged will be mentioned on the receipt.

Affordable Therapy Program: We offer reduced rates with our licensed interns at $40 for individuals (50-minute session) and $70 for couples (60 minute session). The price is inclusive of taxes. Hello, My name is Jessica Simms. I am a practicum student completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in human geography and a Bachelor of Education (intermediate/secondary). I have worked as a teacher in the k-12 public school system for the past ten years. In this role, I have worked with children and adolescents of all ages and levels of development, and their families.

My goal is to support you in your journey to wellbeing. I can provide a non judgemental space to tell your story. I will help you identify your strengths and goals, and explore coping strategies for dealing with life’s stressors. I can provide support for stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and other chronic health problems, sleep issues, burnout, or any other issue you might be experiencing.
